Brunette Wigs Isle of Wigs has been part of the West Valley community for many years. Owner / manager Kim will soon celebrate her 20th anniversary at the same location in Woodland Hills. Kim's knowledge of hair and professional craftsmanship has been the backbone of her successful hair care business.
